About Us
We are Laura from France & Mayank from India.
Together, we created Green Tailor with the aim of offering quality, ethical and ecological fabrics and products.
Our love for natural textiles and natural dyeing started through our travels and with thanks to the people we met on the way from Indian and France. Farmers, weavers, and dyers but also industrials with whom we all shared the deep desire to work ethically while respecting our environment.
Since 2016, we have been supporting brands and dyers in their research for natural textiles.
The offer grows every year to allow you to select the best natural materials for your eco-responsible collections. We are committed to creating lasting relationships with our suppliers and guaranteeing ethical work throughout the production process.
Building a Sustainable Future in Textiles
In order to assure the quality we want to reach and the respect of our values, we regularly visit our suppliers, partners and closely work with them to continue improving towards more sustainable productions.
We are really proud to produce in India because we strongly believe that no matter how bad practices in the textile industry have been strongly implemented in India in order to follow the demand. There is still a much greater future coming, and if there is demand for sustainable fabrics and products, then more and more ethical practices will be implemented.
India: A Future Stitched with Sustainability
We are really proud to produce in India because we strongly believe that no matter how bad practices in the textile industry have been strongly implemented in India, it is the demand that can change the practices.
There is still a much greater future coming, and if demand is here for sustainable fabrics and products, then more and more ethical practices will be implemented.
When we think about textiles, India is definitely a renowned country worldwide for its skilled artisans coming with know-how transmitted generation by generation for centuries (millenniums). From growing fibres to spinning, weaving or knitting, dyeing, to stitching garments, the country is full of knowledgeable people, from artisans to industrials, with a common goal to produce well and do good for this industry and our future generations.
Fair Labour

We are strict about the origins and the quality of the fabrics and products supplied by us. Most of the fabrics we work with are certified.
Streamlined Procurement
Close communication between our buyers and suppliers helps us to work efficiently and smoothly all year round.
