We have a 7-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. 

In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items, such as custom-made products and cut fabrics, cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


The User can return the products within seven days of the delivery of the products. The return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request.

Return requests: The User shall make a return request within the above-mentioned period and send us a picture of the packaging and the product (unless the product is missing) at [email protected]. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the Product and process the refund per the Refund Policy mentioned above.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.

Reasons for return:

  1. The product(s) delivered does not match the User’s order or
  2. The size of the product is different, or
  3. the product(s) delivered were damaged.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days and be delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the order date.
