Fabric selection

You need to choose the particular fabric from our curated sample swatch book. This includes fabrics, artisanal weaves, silk, and scarves. Each sample in this collection has been handpicked for its exceptional quality and craftsmanship. If a particular natural fabric is not available in our swatches, we can develop it upon request.

Sampling

Before the production of your main collection, sampling is also an essential process in measuring fabric usage as well as pinpointing any necessary adjustments. It helps us confirm that your selected fabric is suited for your collection.

For garment sampling, we require your patterns, tech pack, and a reference prototype. These elements can help us in analyzing your vision and creating the sample accurately.

Sampling of garments usually takes 20-30 days, depending on the complexity and type of garment you select.

Main production

Garment production is a process with multiple stages that involves layering of fabrics, cutting, stitching, quality checking, finishing, pressing, and packing. This phase also includes labeling all requirements and any final touches to make each item meet our expected standard.

After the sample is approved, a general production schedule of 30 to 60 days is possible, depending on the order quantity.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) differs according to product types, and production starts at 100 pieces.
